There is not a lot of Australian import SAMA DUBAI but she showed the right attitude in knuckling down well to win, going away in the final 50 yards, albeit against a weakening rival. In beating such a highly-rated rival, she has done herself no favours but she looks the type who could go on to be competitive at Listed level.
King's Ransom made a promising reappearance against race fitter rivals. He ended up almost alone racing wide out midtrack but stuck to his task well. Amazing Charlie, seeing the racecourse for the first time, hinted at better to come as she ran very green and was put off asGreek Easter was reined in against the rail just ahead of her before staying on again.
